Dossier is on its way!!

OK, I will now attempt blogging to chronicle our adoption journey. After mounds of papwork completed, Part 1 of our Russian papwork is finished and on its way to Vladivostok, Russia. We will now wait for a referral. I really have no expectations at this point as to how long this will take. We are requesting a girl under 3 years old. I am being told that the wait times for a girl have increased so we will see.
