A little freak out

I hate this!!! I hate this, I hate this!!! Ok, so I'm checking the Russian database as I often do to see if our little miss's grainy baby picture is still listed, basically advertising her for adoption to the Russian families, right? Today I see that her picture is updated with the most adorable picture and a new little haircut.....she's even smiling! UGH, I love having this picture, but this is torture!

I don't know what else to do so I'm headed to the Happiest Place on Earth today to try and find some happiness, well at least maybe some peace. Doubt its gonna work!!!

Oh no Shelly! We were told once we signed the papers on Trip 1, our daughter was ALMOST ours. We even had someone come in and video tape her for us while waiting for our court date. I can't believe they would take the time to put a new picture on the database. Let's hope they just don't know what they are doing - and no Russian family becomes interested. This is torture to even read about it! Hopefully, the next news you hear will be your court date.

Ugh! SO sorry to hear that. But, I have heard of other pics being updated even right before court. I think they have to update them. Keeping you in our thoughts.

You are in my prayers. I can't imagine how stressful this is for you. I hope you found some peace today.

I know it makes you a bit freaked out, but I'm sure it's routine and you have nothing to worry about - however (and I'm sure you're already doing this) I would really stomp down on your agency at this point. I know you don't want to be a pain but maybe a squeaky wheel will get the grease?! I know I went a little loopy toward the end and really gave my coordinator a hard time. After that we were offered a region switch and had our son home within 3-4 months. (We had been in the waiting stage a while.) I hope you don't take offense at what I said, but I would really be questioning what's going on with the wait. I know how badly you want to bring your child home!!!!!
