OK, I'm beyond ready to hear that the DOE received the corrected release letter from the MOE and our docs will be submitted to the courts......way beyond ready. In today's high-tech electronic world, I'm beginning to think everyone involved in our adoption is still using the Pony Express!!! This is insane. I truly don't understand so I really don't know what else to say. I'm sure I'll be stalking my email this week, hoping for some good news from our agency.

Russia still does (sort of) use the pony express. When you get to finalize your paperwork you'll see the amount of paper records that are still around.
Keeping my fingers crossed you'll get a court date real soon. you are way overdue.
