Release letter.........CHECK

Finally it came so I guess our case is finally in the court system. I am told that "the judge has between 1-2 months to schedule and no one is moving quickly after the Hansen incident " but I am hoping hoping hoping that we are able to get a court date by the end of July at least. That seems entirely possible, but I'm also quite pessimistic these days so who knows. Of course in the same email I get giving me the good news that the release letter came, I also get a list of documents that will be expiring next month so now to set to work on those. I knew we would need to head to the doctor's again for like the sixth time to update our medicals, new marriage certificates, updated photos, a kinda mini-homestudy update, and basically just a bunch of other forms that we need to sign....nothing too bad. I just really want to hear if the judge is going to set a date, or request a bunch of documents that will be difficult and time-consuming to get. The bulk of our dossier#2 docs expire in August (psych report, CPA reports, grant deed, medical license verifs etc) so I pray we will make to court by then. Supposedly our Russian agency staff is working hard to ensure we are thru court ASAP (does anyone associated with our case at all know the meaning of asap???)

So, progress, YES.......but not quite a reason for celebration yet. Fingers crossed that we hear something in the next few weeks.
