Happy Birthday Little Miss
Today should be a day full of friends and family, balloons and cake, presents and celebration. I hope someone at the baby home acknowledges this special day. In my mind I will pretend that they are. And today I also celebrate a woman who made it possible for our Little Miss to be in our lives. I wish her strength and happiness and hope somehow she knows that she made it possible for us to receive the greatest gift ever.

We missed a birthday, too. :( We did learn that they did celebrate it, though, with special music, treats and gifts even, so my prayer is that today saw a few extra special moments for your sweetie. I know this is so, so difficult and pray all the time that you are finding peace when you can. I'm passing on a word/sentiment that a friend left for me that turned out to be amazingly meaningful. Courage.
Happy Birthday Little Miss!!!!! She has the same BD has my DH so I will never forget it.
