Missed our connection

I knew we were cutting it close anyway, and combine that with about a 30 minute flight delay, a delay in immigration, and us having no clue how to navigate the airport, we missed our flight to Vlad. But, it should all work out fine. We are now on a flight that leaves today at 5pm, they set us up in a hotel, and upgraded us to business class......nice!! We will arrive in Vlad Monday morning and I'm thinking that they may take us straight to the baby home. That will be a bit hectic trying to put together the gifts and donations straight from the suitcases, but we'll manage. For now we are showered and have on clean clothes so I can't complain. We're waiting for the breakfast that is included in the hotel so perhaps we'll even be pleasantly fed pretty soon too. OK, we're very close but still an 8 hr flight away!!!
